Here’s a general roadmap of what selling your home typically looks like with me:

Step 1: Pre-Listing Prep (1–2 weeks)

• In-home consultation

• Staging, repairs, decluttering

• Photography + marketing materials

Step 2: Go Live! (0–1 week)

• Listing goes live on MLS, Re/MAX.ca and other platforms

• Email and social media campaigns begin

• First wave of showings start

Step 3: Offers + Negotiations 

• I’ll guide you through offer review, comparisons, and negotiations

• You choose the best offer based on price, conditions, and closing date

Step 4: Conditional Period (Typically 5–10 days)

• Buyer completes inspections, financing, etc.

• I’ll manage the timeline and documents to keep things on track

Step 5: Sold + Moving Forward

• Once conditions are fulfilled, it’s a done deal!

• I’ll guide you through next steps for lawyers, moving, and closing day
